Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Merge Planner, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the service.

2. Description of Service

Merge Planner is a productivity application that allows users to manage tasks, track goals, and organize grocery lists. The service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Providing accurate and complete information

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Upload malicious code or content
• Violate the rights of others
• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create using the service. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

6. Intellectual Property

The Merge Planner service, including its design, features, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the service without our express permission.

7. Premium Subscription

Merge Planner offers auto-renewable subscription options that provide access to premium features:

Subscription Plans

• Premium Monthly: Billed monthly at the price displayed in the app
• Premium Yearly: Billed annually at the price displayed in the app

Payment & Renewal

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• The cost of renewal will be the same as the original subscription price unless we notify you of a price change

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase. Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal can be turned off in Account Settings after purchase.

Cancellation Policy

• No refunds are provided for the unused portion of a subscription period
• When you cancel, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
• After cancellation, you will not be charged for subsequent periods
• Your subscription will automatically end at the conclusion of the current billing period

Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, you will be charged the subscription price after the trial period ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
