Delete Your Account

Option 1: Delete from within the app

1. Open Merge Planner and go to Profile
2. Tap Delete Account
3. Confirm the request

This is the fastest way to delete your account.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you no longer have the app installed, email us from the address associated with your account and we'll process the request on your behalf.

What happens next

• Your account is scheduled for permanent deletion 30 days after the request, giving you time to change your mind
• You can cancel the deletion request at any time during those 30 days from Profile → Delete Account in the app, or by emailing us
• Once the 30 days pass, your account and all associated data — profile info, tasks, events, notes, habits, grocery lists, and everything else you created — are permanently deleted
• Content you previously shared with friends or spaces may remain visible to them until they remove it on their end
• Backup copies may persist in our disaster recovery systems for up to 90 days after deletion before being permanently erased
